Warranty policy
Chimera Backcountry Snowboards warrants all boards against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Owner must provide the original receipt of purchase. This warranty extends to the original owner only and does not apply to cosmetic defects or defects arising from impact, misuse, abuse, regular wear and tear, the use of chemicals (such as Loctite, adhesives, and solvents), or to any board that has been previous repaired or modified.
Any boards found to be defective by Chimera Snowboards will, at our sole discretion, be repaired or replaced. All boards shipped to Chimera must have mounting hardware and skins removed prior to shipping. Boards that are repaired or replaced under warranty will be returned by the same method of shipping by which they were received at the owner’s cost. For all non-warranty boards, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
Demo board purchases are not covered by a warranty policy.

Return policy
If you open the box and don’t like what you see, let us know before returning it to us. We’ll refund you, minus shipping costs, or send you something else.
We do not accept returns on boards purchased on sale via our website or at a discount, including promotional deals, proforms, and demo boards.
Payment plan
